• Aims to achieve primary prevention
• Raising awareness among students & communities regarding dental & general health in camps, malls, museums, universities, schools and elderly houses too.
• Organizing screening campaigns for early detection.
• Providing treatments if possible.
• Organize World Oral Health Day Campaigns in collaboration with IADS Prophylaxis Committee Officer, in march of every year
• Organize and be part of any global awareness day by holding events that fulfill the aim of these occasions, such as: Mouth cancer action month in November, Blue Wednesday, world antibiotic awareness week 12-18 November, breast cancer action month in October, … any other occasion announced by WHO, FDI and IADS.
• Organize Free Dental Care Days
• Prepare list of raw materials including presentations, brochures, posters, videos,photos, … that are used for awareness and make sure they are scientifically correct.
  To represent JADS at the IADS Prophylaxis Committee Meetings.

The Medical Awareness and Screening Committee achieved the Team Member of the Month award twice in the 2022-2023, during October and February. Their outstanding dedication to promoting health awareness and serving the community earned them this prestigious recognition.
