It promotes events like TNTs and TOTs, giving JADS members opportunities to become trainers. The committee also organizes local training sessions covering diverse areas such as soft skills, administration, and event organization, while continuously updating the types of training based on members' needs. Additionally, the committee represents JADS at IADS Training Committee meetings.
