In August 2012, a group of passionate dental students at the University of Jordan came together with a shared vision to empower dental students across the country. With just 7 members initially, the Jordanian Association of Dental Students (JADS) was born. From the very beginning, our aim was clear - to create opportunities for dental students to enhance their skills, engage in community work, and form connections within the dental community.
As a voluntary non-profit organization registered under the Jordanian Law, JADS operates under the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Development. We are proud to be recognized as a national association dedicated to supporting and uplifting dental students.
Over the past 11 years, JADS has experienced remarkable growth. Today, we have more than 200 registered members from both the University of Jordan and the Jordanian University of Science and Technology. This growth is a testament to the dedication and passion of our members who have actively contributed to the success of our organization.
JADS has become the go-to station for dental students seeking to boost their skills and unleash their hidden talents. Through a wide range of events, both locally and internationally, we offer opportunities for students to expand their knowledge, engage in voluntary work, and immerse themselves in different cultures.
