The Jordanian Association of Dental Students, JADS, is a voluntary non-profit organization established as a National Association under the Jordanian Law, it is registered under the ministry of health and ministry of social development. It was founded in August 2012 by dental students in the university of Jordan, it started with 7 members, the aims were mainly to empower dental students across Jordan through all kinds of medical, voluntary and cultural events in the region and world-wide, to involve students in community, cultural and humanitarian work. Today, 11 years later, more than 200 students are registered as members, from both the university of Jordan and the Jordanian university of science and technology, JADS grew to become the station students head to in order to boost their skills, unleash their hidden talents, integrate into the dental community and form connections.
