1.  Work with the IADS Exchange Officer and National Exchange Officers from all over the World to implement exchange programs
2.  To facilitate applications of JADS members to international clinical exchange programs through the IADS exchange portal and promote exchange opportunities among Students. 
3. Be responsible for approving/deleting JADS member's accounts, and applications on the IADS exchange portal
4. Be responsible for accepting/declining incoming exchange students to Jordan. 
5. increase JADS members' chances of getting accepted in Exchange programs by signing bilateral contacts with other NEOs of countries active in Exchange.
6. Maintain official agreements and contracts with Universities to accept incoming international exchange students 
7. To make agreements with the private sector as clinical exposure for exchange students 
8. To take charge of all exchange students in Jordan & facilitate their stay from all aspects
9. To Represent JADS at the IADS Exchange Committee Meetings. 
10. Keep a record of all international opportunities of conferences and abroad
